You can change the settings used to synchronize your data.
1. From the application tray, touch Settings > Sync.
2. Select Exchange ActiveSync or Google, and change any of the following options:
* Account Info (Exchange settings only)—edit your Microsoft Exchange account information.
* Background data (Google™ settings only)—select the check box to receive new data from your Google account immediately as it arrives.
* Auto Sync—select the check box to synchronize new data automatically.
* Check Interval (available only if Auto Sync is disabled)—change the frequency at which your device sends and receives mail on this account.
* Application Sync—select the check box next to each application you want to synchronize.
* Sync Back Days (Exchange settings only)—select the number of days of past e-mail messages and calendar events you want to synchronize.
